Supply, Pricing & Delivery Terms
There is no rigid minimum order — sample orders and single pallets are welcome, and volume discounts apply from 1 tonne. Smaller orders are delivered within the EU; container volumes ship from Bishkek with full EU import support. Typical lead time is around four weeks.
Order Sizes & Volume Discounts
Start with a sample order to evaluate the product, or go straight to pallet or container volume. Discounts are applied to the quoted list price by total order volume:

Delivery — Two Ways
Smaller orders — delivered within the EU
Sample and pallet orders are delivered within the European Union, with shipping quoted per order. No import paperwork on your side — you order, we deliver.
Container volumes — FCA Bishkek with EU import support
Larger volumes ship directly from the production facility in Bishkek (FCA). Mante UG supports the EU import end to end: TRACES NT, Border Control Post clearance, veterinary certificates, and REX documentation for 0% duty under GSP+ — see Quality & Certifications.
Lead time
Typical lead time from order confirmation to delivery in Germany is around four weeks. The exact timeline depends on volume, format, and season — we confirm it individually with every order.
